ADSL Plans are permanent and continuous connections with no dial up
costs, that are normally associated with dial up Internet
plans.
This can save a considerable amount just on connection costs alone,
which are charged by your telephone carrier for a normal dial up
connection.
All the above plans come with free E-Mail address and up to 5 M/Bytes of Web space.
All new Unlimited Download
Dial Up Plans have a 5 hour continuous session time on line per connection
and up to 20 minutes idle connection time.
All Budget and Standard ADSL Plans and
the new Unlimited Download Dial Up Plans carry only limited client support
after initial setup and are intended as a less expensive option for
more experienced
clients.
An additional $5.50 per Month is levied onto the above rates if full client support is
required.
All Premium ADSL Plans have full client support
included.
Limited support via E-Mail only is included for all Budget and
Standard ADSL Plans and the new Unlimited Download Dial Up
Plans.
Support telephone calls that are answered from clients that are not
utilising the Premium ADSL Plans or are not paying for
full client support via the levy, may be charged at $2.20 per
call answered or returned.
Additional M/Bytes used in addition to the inclusive allowance on
Budget Plans 1 and 2 are charged at 0.07 cents per
M/Byte. All other plans do not incur any additional Monthly charges
for additional usage.
All the above Monthly Accounts where payment is not made by credit card, must be paid on a minimum
3 Monthly, non discounted payment frequency.
Minimum connection term is for a period of 6
Months, or an early termination charge of $77.00 applies.
All the above plans may be alternated between, but a
reconfiguration charge of $55.00 applies per alteration or plan
